"Be authentic." We hear it all the time—but what does that actually look like in practice?


Authenticity isn’t about oversharing or forcing yourself into a mold that doesn’t fit. It’s about clarity. It’s about showing up in a way that aligns with your values, your expertise and the impact you want to make.


For me, authenticity means leading with kindness, being direct (but thoughtful) and balancing professionalism with a touch of humor. It means staying true to my voice, even as I evolve.
